Serving Arkansas with excellence for over 50 years, Klaasmeyer Construction Company is looking our next Multi-Site Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our Business Operations team. In this role, you'll own the accuracy and compliance of materials operations across multiple company yard and warehouse locations. If you are ready to manage receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and material distribution across multi-site locations, we would love to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing inventory across two assigned Arkansas yard and warehouse locations — receiving, stocking, staging, cycle counting, and distributing materials to field crews
- Fulfilling material requests through the company's order system and making sure the right materials are prepped and ready when crews need them
- Traveling between assigned locations — approximately 40% of your time — to perform hands-on inventory management, audits, and distribution support
- Receiving and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders at each site — catching discrepancies before they become problems
- Maintaining accurate, organized, and audit-ready inventory records and documentation at each location
- Organizing yard and warehouse layouts, establishing material flow processes, and building out inventory systems and procedures across assigned locations
What We Need From You
- 2–3 years of warehouse, inventory, or materials management experience
- Comfortable working independently across multiple locations without on-site supervision
- Organized and detail-oriented — inventory accuracy across sites depends on you
- Experience with inventory or ERP systems preferred
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for cycle counts and reconciliation
- Valid driver's license required — you'll be traveling between locations regularly
- Construction, utility, or telecom materials background is a strong plus
- Forklift certification preferred or willing to obtain
The Physical Reality

- Regular driving between assigned yard and warehouse locations within Arkansas
- Lifting and carrying materials and supplies up to 50 lbs.
- Extended standing and walking in warehouse and yard environments
