ABA Pathways is looking for a compassionate, organized, and proactive Office Manager to help keep our clinic running smoothly while supporting a team dedicated to providing exceptional, person-centered ABA services.

Position Summary
The Office Manager oversees daily clinic operations, supports administrative and clinical teams, and ensures a welcoming, organized, and compliant environment for clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including phone, email, fax, and administrative support
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
- Coordinate and audit staff schedules to ensure efficient operations
- Support compliance with company policies and CARF standards, including emergency preparedness
- Manage clinic purchasing, budgeting, expense tracking, and reconciliations
- Supervise and support administrative staff while fostering a positive team culture
- Serve as the primary resource for office systems, including MeasurePM and Google Workspace
- Monitor client authorizations and administrative deadlines
- Coordinate property-related needs and office maintenance
- Assist with community outreach and clinic events
- Participate in team meetings and organizational initiatives

Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday, typically 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
Travel
Occasional travel to other ABA Pathways locations may be required.

Required Education and Experience
A bachelor's degree and three to five years of relevant and related business administration experience, or a master's degree in business administration and one to two years of experience in the business field, or seven years of experience in the business field, or any similar combination of education and experience.
