We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Luxury Store Manager to lead our high-end retail salon. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure an outstanding client experience. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and visual presentation.
- Oversee employee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development to build a skilled and motivated team.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction through personalized service.
- Implement effective sales strategies using retail math, pricing techniques, and marketing initiatives to maximize revenue.
- Maintain accurate cash handling, POS transactions, payroll processing, and bookkeeping records.
- Supervise shift management duties such as scheduling, stock replenishment, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Skills
- Proven management experience in luxury retail or high-end boutique environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Skilled in negotiation, customer service excellence, and conflict resolution.
- Proficient in inventory management systems, POS technology, and retail math principles.
- Experience with recruiting, employee orientation, training & development programs.
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques, pricing strategies, and marketing concepts.
- Ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately while maintaining organizational skills.

- 3+ years of experience in a retail or beauty environment
- 3+ years of manager experience (preferred)
- Passion for the beauty industry, particularly hair extensions and styling services.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
