Connect People to Purpose Through Meaningful Service.

This role helps recruit, welcome, support, and retain volunteers while ensuring volunteer experiences are clear, meaningful, and aligned with agency needs.

With a 125-year history of supporting individuals and families of all faiths, JF&CS is a trusted community resource. The Volunteer Engagement Coordinator plays an important role in helping community members connect to JF&CS through service, events, programs, and ongoing engagement.

The north star for this role is simple: make it easy and rewarding for volunteers to contribute their time, talents, and energy in ways that strengthen JF&CS programs and deepen community impact.
