Home Recovery Care Nurse-NEW STATE OF THE ART PROGRAM/POSITION Overview: 

As a Home Recovery Care Registered Nurse you will be at the forefront of a highly innovative care model called Home Recovery Care that allows patients who are clinically appropriate the option of receiving hospital level care in the comfort of their own home in lieu of a general medical unit inpatient setting.

As part of an interdisciplinary care team, the Home Recovery Care Registered Nurse provides hospital level care directly to patients in their homes based on the Admitting Provider’s Treatment Plan. The Home Recovery Care Registered Nurse role offers the opportunity to administer top quality care and participate in patient centered engagements that comes from supporting their recovery in the home setting.

• Education: ASN – Associate of Science in Nursing required
• Licensure: Current, active state-specific RN license in good standing required
• Certification:  BLS Certification required
• Experience: 3-5 years of inpatient experience (preferably in med/surg). Demonstrated proficiency in providing full-scale nursing services in adherence to care plans. 
• We are looking for nurses to fill the following shifts: 8am-5pm or 2pm-10pm
