- Own the entire recruiting process—from first hello to first day on the job.
- Write creative job postings that catch the right candidates’ attention.
- Source, screen, interview and hire hearts and minds as much as resumes.
- Team up with managers and staff to build a welcoming, diverse workplace.

Who You Are:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-growth environment with at least two years in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in nonprofit, healthcare, or human services.
- Creative, empathetic, and driven by purpose.
- Savvy with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms; preference given for Paylocity experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Knowledgeable about employment law and best practices.
- Ready to grow—and help others do the same.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics.
