Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for Community Counseling Solutions in Boardman, Oregon.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Provide outpatient behavioral health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families
• Complete behavioral health screenings, comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, individual and group therapy
• Coordinate care with medical providers, schools, community resources, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain clinical autonomy while supported by experienced behavioral health professionals

COMPENSATION
• $73,900-$111,600 Annual Salary (DOE)
• $5,500 Sign-On Bonus
• $4,000 Relocation Assistance (100+ Miles)

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• No Nights
• No Weekends
• No On-Call Responsibilities

• Active Oregon Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) License REQUIRED
• Master's Degree in Counseling or Related Behavioral Health Field REQUIRED
• Experience Providing Individual and Group Therapy Preferred
• Experience Working with Children, Adults, and Families Preferred
• Strong Assessment, Treatment Planning, and Documentation Skills
• Ability to Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Healthcare Teams
