Core Job Functions:

  • Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for all HR functions, aligning initiatives with the firm’s goals to support growth, innovation, and employee engagement.
  • Manage the design and implementation of competitive compensation structures, benefits packages, and incentive programs that attract and retain top talent while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
  • Ensure the firm’s HR policies and procedures are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations. Develop and revise policies as needed to reflect the evolving legal landscape and organizational needs.
  • Utilize HR analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior leadership. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage the HR department’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while achieving strategic HR objectives. Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure financial accountability across all HR functions.


Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Professional HR certification(s) such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is strongly preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with senior leadership, department managers, and employees at all levels. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR-related software and tools.
  • An acceptable equivalent combination of training and relevant work experience.
