Director of FQHC Sales
Description

GeBBS is seeking to identify outstanding sales leaders to join the organization as Director, FQHC Sales in several US markets. The Director will be responsible for pursuing, developing and sustaining RCM sales leads and prospects in the healthcare FQHC vertical. The ideal candidate will have significant knowledge and experience in selling FQHC solutions to C-level executives in the FQHC vertical.

Requirements

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible and accountable for planning, qualifying, obtaining and managing new and existing sales opportunities within a geographically defined territory to achieve and exceed business plans
  • Maintain and provide accurate pipeline tracking within the departments sales process including but not limited to up to date data entry of leads and prospects into Salesforce
  • Responsible and accountable to plan, organize and orchestrate internal resources appropriately to obtain sales objectives
  • Develop and deliver solution proposals and presentations for FQHC services
  • Meet and exceed established sales targets including calls per day, meetings per month, closing proposals and revenue targets
  • Frequently travel within the sales territory to provide onsite presentations to C-level staff within hospitals and healthcare systems
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending networking events and partnering with industry associations
  • Communicate effectively to deliver department goals, respond to market trends and meet unexpected challenges involved with functioning independently in a fast paced sales environment
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 5+ years of direct sales and business development experience selling FQHC services
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Strong domain knowledge of the entire Revenue Cycle and FQHC processes
  • Strong networking skills
  • Strong hunter sales skills
  • Active participation in regional and national HFMA chapters
  • Long-term client relationship development and management skills
  • Strong rolodex of relevant contacts
  • Ability to frequently travel nationwide as necessary
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong closing skills
  • Position is onsite in East Haven, CT.
