General Manager
Description

        The General Manager (GM) is the driving force behind the business - responsible for leading the team, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring both the dogs and their parents have a consistent outstanding experience. Success in this role is measured through effective top line revenue growth combined with controlling operational expenses to drive profitability. The GM oversees all core areas of the business, including the Parent Relationship Manager, Front Desk (Front of House), Canine Coach Trainer, Canine Coaches, and Rovers, and is also responsible for reviewing all Canary Metrics, using data to drive decision-making and performance improvements. A strong GM keeps a pulse on the business while staying emotionally connected to both team members and parents. The ideal candidate is a bold, socially confident leader who thrives on problem-solving, embraces innovation, and isn’t afraid to take calculated risks. They are team builders who think outside the box, acting with a sense of urgency to implement changes and drive KPI success while remaining focused on the big picture, even when faced with setbacks.
