SUMMARY:

Our Recruiter will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting process which includes sourcing and screening potential employees, scheduling and performing interviews, and facilitating job offers, in addition to other standard Human Resources duties. They report directly to the Director of People and will have regular opportunities to increase their understanding of all functions of human resources through hands-on experience. You will enjoy the excitement of a growing established industry leader and will immediately contribute with your drive for results.


JOB RESPONSIBILIES:

  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screening
  • Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
  • Perform reference checks if necessary
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
  • Employee Onboarding and Orientation
  • Build relationships with hiring managers

Requirements

JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3 years of recruiting experience required
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting 
  • Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases
  • Strong commitment to maintain confidentiality  
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Communicate effectively both in writing and orally
  • Making decisions independently
  • Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Highly motivated, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

SCHEDULE:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (Full-time) - In Office

WORK SPACE INFO:  

This job operates in a warehouse environment which requires standing, moving, lifting, and operating machinery and computers. Personal Protection Equipment may be required. Safety training is mandatory and employees must be able to pass basic safety requirements.


TRAINING:

Training for this position will be completed by the department manager. Training will consist of education on key processes, preparation and staging requirements by customer, location of tools, supplies and materials. You will be trained on how to use the order interface, how to properly read orders and where to look for notes. Additional training will be completed as processes evolve or as required.


SAFETY:

Namify enforces a safety culture whereby all employees have the responsibility for continuously developing and maintaining a safe working environment.  Each incumbent is responsible for completing all training requirements and fulfilling self-aid/buddy-aid responsibilities, participating in emergency response tasks as requested, and serving on safety committees and teams as requested.  In addition, the incumbent must accept that they have responsibility for maintaining the safety of themselves and others by adhering to all written and verbal instructions, promptly reporting and/or correcting all hazards or unsafe conditions, questioning nonstandard operations or environmental factors that may involve unmitigated hazards, and providing feedback to site leads and management on all safety issues.
