We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Guest Service Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests and ensure their experience exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing excellent customer service
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the hotel management system
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Handle guest complaints or issues professionally, escalating to management when necessary
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with reservation and property management software
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus
