What You'll Do

Every day is different. You'll install, repair, maintain, and improve the equipment that keeps our operation running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Weld, fabricate, and repair piping, conveyor systems, and mechanical components 
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, including conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and drive systems 
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment reliability 
• Replace worn components and complete mechanical repairs safely and efficiently 
• Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, torches, manlifts, telehandlers, and skid loaders 
• Inspect equipment and identify potential mechanical issues before they become major problems 
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas 
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures 
• Work overtime or weekends as needed to support production 

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who has:

• Experience as a Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, or Mechanical Maintenance Technician 
• Strong welding and fabrication skills 
• Experience with conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, and rotating equipment 
• Mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to read measuring devices and use a variety of hand and power tools 
• Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus 
• Commitment to working safely every day 
• Valid driver's license 

Bonus Skills

• Welding certification 
• Industrial or aggregate experience 
• Rigging experience 
• Hydraulic or pneumatic systems knowledge 

Work Environment

This is a hands-on position working both indoors and outdoors in an active industrial environment.

You should be comfortable:

• Working around heavy equipment and moving machinery 
• Working in varying weather conditions 
• Climbing ladders and working at heights 
• Lifting up to 90 pounds 
• Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and performing physically demanding work throughout the day
