Toyota of Tacoma is hiring an Express Service Advisor to join our service team.
This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and wants to start a long-term career in the automotive industry.
No automotive experience is required—we'll provide paid, hands-on training and help you build the skills to succeed while earning hourly pay plus commission.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and assist with service appointments
- Help customers understand recommended maintenance
- Keep customers updated during their visit
- Coordinate with technicians and service staff throughout the repair process
- Review repair orders for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information
What You’ll Get
- $18–$19 per hour plus commission opportunities based on CSI performance
