PURPOSE
To ensure the integrity of the games assigned and enforce all table games policies and procedures. To promote positive team member and guest relations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Policy, Procedure, & Regulatory Enforcement: Consistently enforce all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures to support safe operations, internal controls, and an exceptional guest experience.
- Systems & Application Proficiency: Maintain working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Player Tracking systems, and HR-related applications to ensure accurate documentation, communication, and operational reporting.
- Guest Rating Accuracy: Monitor play activity and ensure guest ratings are entered accurately and consistently, supporting service recovery, host communications, and player reinvestment practices.
- Title 31 / BSA Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Title 31 and the Bank Secrecy Act by following required procedures, maintaining appropriate awareness, and escalating reportable activity per established protocols.
- Table Inventory Control: Verify, track, and maintain accurate table inventory records (chips, cards, fills/credits, and related documentation) in accordance with internal controls and department standards.
- Dealer Performance Oversight: Routinely observe and evaluate dealers to confirm adherence to procedures, game protection standards, pace of play expectations, and overall performance requirements.
- Guest Service Leadership: Actively promote, model, and reinforce superior guest service in alignment with departmental and company service standards, programs, and expectations.
- Game Protection & Guest Education: Maintain game integrity and protect company assets by monitoring for errors, disputes, and suspicious activity, while assisting guests with rules, procedures, and game-related questions as needed.
- Communication & Escalation: Utilize the established chain of command to communicate operational concerns, compliance risks, and information that may impact department performance or company goals.
- Operational Support: Perform other duties as assigned, including providing coverage and support in Pit Supervisor or Shift Supervisor capacities as needed.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
- Nine (9) months experience as a dual-rate dealer at Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel.
- Must be a seasoned Dealer and may be required to audition on all table games including Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, Pai Gow, Blackjack, and novelty games.
- One (1) year of experience leading others in a supervisory or lead role preferred.
Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position
