Duties include, but are not limited to, supporting customers and technicians through loading and unloading, assisting with returns and parts/component pick-up and drop-off, core inspection, warranty processing, shipping, and receiving. The Parts Specialist plays a key role in ensuring safety, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the dealership’s reputation as a preferred vendor.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Safety is the top priority; consistently demonstrate proactive safety practices and participate in CPS/CI processes.
- Perform all warehouse journeyman duties with ownership and attention to detail.
- Support PUDO and Parts Express operations.
- Conduct core inspections, warranty processing, and credits.
- Manage shipping and receiving, including hose room operations.
- Assist with returns and customer parts/component pick-up and drop-off.
- Communicate with customers, technicians, and team members via email, text, phone, and Teams messages with professionalism and proper etiquette. Respond promptly to all inquiries to ensure our customers experience the highest level of service and view our dealership as their preferred vendor.
