Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Anesthesiologist for UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health in Geneva, New York.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Provide anesthesia services for a broad range of surgical specialties in a hospital-based practice.
• Administer anesthesia for Endoscopy, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Urology, Spine, Vascular Surgery, and ENT procedures.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
• Participate in a shared call rotation while maintaining continuity of perioperative patient management.
• Practice within a collaborative environment focused on quality outcomes and patient safety.
• Join an established employed anesthesia team within a respected regional health system.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Base Salary: $500,000-$535,000.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in New York.
• Ability to provide anesthesia services across multiple surgical specialties.
• Strong communication and collaborative clinical skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality perioperative patient care.
