Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead an AI-powered Document Intelligence Platform supporting innovative software solutions. This fully remote opportunity is available to candidates located in the Central or Eastern Time Zones.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of an enterprise Document Intelligence Platform.
• Lead product initiatives focused on AI-powered document ingestion, OCR, intelligent classification, and automated data extraction.
• Partner closely with Engineering, AI/ML, UX, Data, and Compliance teams throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Define user stories, prioritize product backlogs, and guide Agile sprint execution.
• Leverage customer feedback, analytics, and market insights to improve automation, product usability, and platform scalability.
• Collaborate on responsible AI implementation while supporting secure, compliant document processing solutions.
• Drive continuous product innovation through rapid experimentation and measurable business outcomes.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience leading AI-powered document ingestion, OCR, document classification, or intelligent document processing platforms.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM and AI technologies into production products.
• Experience writing user stories, backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile product delivery.
• Strong understanding of APIs, engineering workflows, and data pipelines.
• Experience with Jira or similar Agile project management tools.
• Ability to clearly communicate measurable product outcomes and cross-functional leadership.
• Candidates must reside within the Central or Eastern Time Zones.
