Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Pediatric Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LPC) for an outpatient behavioral health practice in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.

COMPENSATION

  • Base Salary: $68,224-$81,868.
  • HRSA and NHSC student loan repayment eligibility.
  • PSLF eligible employer.
  • 403(b) retirement plan with up to 4% employer match.
  • Employer-paid life insurance up to $300,000.

POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Provide outpatient behavioral health services for children and adolescents up to age 18.
  • Complete assessments, treatment planning, individual therapy, and ongoing behavioral health interventions.
  • Partner with families, primary care providers, and interdisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate patient care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation while delivering evidence-based therapeutic services.
  • Manage a balanced outpatient caseload supported by experienced administrative and clinical staff.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Current Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • Experience providing behavioral health services to pediatric patients.
  • Ability to perform behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, and psychotherapy.
  • Strong communication and family-centered care skills.
  • Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary outpatient team.
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavioral healthcare.
Salary Description
Base Salary: $68,224-$81,868.
