Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner for The Primary Health Network in Lewistown, Pennsylvania.

COMPENSATION

• Base Salary: $100,000-$120,000 based on experience.
• Annual quality and productivity bonus.
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000.
• 403(b) retirement plan with 5% employer match.
• Annual tuition reimbursement up to $2,500.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Practice with clinical autonomy while collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and support personnel.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Participate in a quality-focused practice model with performance-based incentive potential.
