Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for NorthShore Health Centers in Crown Point, Indiana.

COMPENSATION

• Base Salary: $230,000-$270,000 based on experience.
• HRSA student loan repayment eligible.
• Health insurance with 75% employer-paid coverage.
• Dental, vision, life insurance, and malpractice coverage.
• Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Promote preventive medicine and long-term wellness.
• Coordinate specialty referrals and ongoing patient care.
• Practice within a collaborative, team-based primary care environment.
• Utilize dedicated administrative support to maximize patient care time.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for Indiana medical licensure.
• Current or eligible DEA registration.
• Commitment to outpatient primary care.
• Strong communication and collaborative patient care skills.
