Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for Community Counseling Solutions in Hermiston, Oregon.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Provide comprehensive outpatient behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and adults within an established community mental health program.
• Complete behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, individual and family therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.
• Coordinate care with physicians, schools, community agencies, and multidisciplinary behavioral health teams.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation while practicing independently within your scope of licensure.
• Support patients through evidence-based treatment while helping improve long-term behavioral health outcomes.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Master's degree in Social Work.
• Active Oregon Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
• Experience providing behavioral health assessments, diagnosis, and psychotherapy.
• Ability to treat children, adolescents, and adults.
• Strong documentation, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
