What You’ll Do

Integrated Campaign Strategy & Execution

· Coordinate the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, webinars, social media, events, landing pages, nurture programs, customer marketing, and digital campaigns.

· Ensure campaigns launch on time, maintain consistent messaging, and align with broader marketing objectives and go-to-market priorities.

· Partner with Marketing leaders to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and execution quality.

Regional Marketing & Field Marketing

· Partner with Growth Marketing and Regional Sales Managers to develop and execute localized marketing initiatives that increase engagement and pipeline within strategic territories.

· Coordinate regional campaigns including:

· Territory-based email campaigns 

· State and regional conferences 

· Field marketing initiatives 

· Territory-focused webinars 

· Local customer events 

· Regional marketing programs 

· Help ensure every regional initiative reflects Red Rover's brand while supporting local sales priorities.

Sales & Marketing Alignment

· Serve as a trusted operational partner between Marketing and Sales.

· Coordinate campaign communication, sales enablement activities, follow-up planning, and lead engagement initiatives.

· Partner closely with Sales Development Representatives and Regional Sales Managers to ensure marketing programs effectively support pipeline generation.

· Strengthen day-to-day collaboration between Sales and Marketing through proactive communication, planning, and execution.

Campaign Performance & Optimization

· Monitor campaign performance across integrated marketing programs.

· Track campaign engagement, lead generation, event participation, pipeline influence, and marketing ROI.

· Help identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to continually strengthen campaign performance.

· Support reporting that helps Marketing and Sales make smarter, data-driven decisions.

Marketing Operations & Project Management

· Manage campaign timelines, project plans, approvals, and cross-functional communication.

· Maintain campaign calendars and project tracking systems to improve visibility and execution across the marketing organization.

· Coordinate deliverables across internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns remain organized, scalable, and consistently executed.

· Look for opportunities to improve marketing workflows, processes, and operational efficiency as the organization grows.

Requirements

  

What You Bring

· 2–5 years of experience in campaign marketing, demand generation, event marketing, marketing operations, or marketing coordination within a B2B environment. 

· Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. 

· Experience executing integrated lead generation campaigns with measurable business results. 

· Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering with Sales and Marketing teams. 

· Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot. 

· Experience using project management platforms such as Asana (Airtable is a plus). 

· Familiarity with creative design tools such as Canva is preferred. 

· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and recommend improvements. 

· Experience supporting webinars, virtual events, or integrated campaign programs. 

· Interest in integrated marketing, demand generation, and regional campaign strategy. 

· Experience marketing to K–12 school districts or supporting territory-based sales organizations is a plus. 

· Willingness to travel approximately 15–20% for department summits, conferences, customer events, and sales meetings.
