We are looking for an Account Manager who is considered an integral part of the Sales team and will work in concert with the Sales Representative to achieve a successful SG360 client experience. The Account Manager will develop a strong relationship with account teams and provide a variety of services managing opportunities in various stages during the acquisition and post-production.
Essential Job Functions:
- In collaboration with the Sales Executive, work with the customer on defining needs and fulfilling requests:
- Collect, organize specifications, requests, and information from the Sales Representative, and client
- Enter/update opportunities in Salesforce
- Work with Product design on the solution development of formats
- Submit RFE/RFP requests to SG360 teams for input/pricing
- Work with scheduling and manufacturing on the development of a scheduling solution to meet the customers mail and in-home and/or delivery dates.
- Facilitate requests through collaboration with other areas throughout the company to satisfy client requirements
- Work Manage communication directly with the client as needed
- Create & Output proposal letters, incorporate value added services that differentiate sg360 and offer the customer more solutions
- Request comps/templates as designated by Sales Representative
- Consolidate order entry information to submit and along with supporting documents (Estimate, PO, Quote) and enter
- Provide a clean order entry hand-off with the project manager
- Work with Marketing Services to ensure costs are captured
- May participate in company/client conference calls/meetings as directed by the Sales Representative
- Work with Sales Representative to maintain their client/account information in Technique, Salesforce, prepare client requested schedules, pricing reconciliation, invoices, postage summaries, etc.
- Maintain client job grids for internal distribution
- Work in conjunction with Project Managers/CSRs to generate change orders when necessary
- Other duties/projects as assigned
Invoicing
- Direct the invoicing process to insure accurate and consistent pricing, adherence to client quoted or contract pricing and correct invoice format
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of the direct mail manufacturing process, including digital, sheetfed, web/inline printing, and lettershop operations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize work effectively, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships across departments and communicate professionally with customers and vendors.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of press configurations, capabilities, and production processes.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and other business applications.
- Basic knowledge of current USPS mailing regulations and postal requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and results.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and resourceful with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Five (5)+ years of experience in the graphic arts, printing, direct mail, customer service, sales support, or a related manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with production teams, customers, and cross-functional departments in a fast-paced manufacturing setting is preferred.
Travel: Minimal local travel may be required for meetings, trainings, and/or other business purposes
