Description
- Work with Operations Supervisors to ensure deliverables are being achieved
- Work collaboratively with all team leads to support inventory counts, product moves, and management, and maintain accurate supply and equipment levels
- Communicates in a timely fashion regarding any issues involving inventory, staff, or safety
- Provide ongoing training and development to all warehouse associates
- Finding creative solutions for day-to-day operational challenges
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring policies and procedures are followed
- Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as needed by the supervisor or management to support the overall goals and operations of the warehouse.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working within a fulfillment center
- Must be 18 years or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs without restrictions
- Able to stand and walk continuously during the entire length of the shift (8+ hours)
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, tech-oriented, warehouse environment

$19.00 Plus $1.00 Shift Differental
