Description
La Serena Apartments is now hiring a Ticket Runner / Make Ready in the Spring Branch area.
Duties:
- Daily maintenance operations, work orders, and unit turns
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems
- Ensure all preventive maintenance is completed on schedule
- Ensure vacant units are prepared for new residents in a timely, high-quality manner
- Uphold safety standards and property appearance at all times
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members
Requirements
- 1+ years of onsite multifamily experience
- Ability to diagnose and repair multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances)
- General labor, porter, warehouse, housekeeping or landscaping experience preferred
- Possess valid Identification
