Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Orthodontic Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our orthodontic practice. This role is vital in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and patient-focused environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination

- Supervise and support administrative and clinical staff to ensure high performance and team cohesion

- Oversee patient billing, insurance claims, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance

- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and office policies

- Implement and improve office procedures to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction

- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly

- Coordinate with orthodontists and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Assist in staff training, development, and performance evaluations

- Marketing grass roots and business to business to increase and drive New Patient growth for growing practice



Requirements

 

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in office management, preferably within a healthcare or dental/orthodontic setting

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of dental/orthodontic billing, coding, and insurance processes

- Proficiency in office management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus

Salary Description
$55,000-$65,000
