SUMMARY
The role of the IT Specialist is to provide technical support and assistance for a variety of information technology assets & systems, including Account management, PC’s, printers, servers, applications, cell phones
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance.
- Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
- Improves knowledge base by writing and maintaining documentation.
- Participates in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language.
- Avoids legal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreements.
- Improves system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes.
- Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Travel to remote sites on a rotational basis to provide excellent support solutions to business needs (including after hours or as needed)
- Other duties as assigned.
- Provide on-call support as needed (including after hours)
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Experience
- AD management - user creation/termination, group management, password resets, etc
- M365 admin
- SIP based phone systems
- Citrix Cloud/Netscaler
- Application management - M365, Adobe, Autocad LT, ArtiosCAD
- Experience with M365 suite
- CompTIA A+ cert, Sec+ cert, Net+, M365 certs preferred
- Ability to utilize remote access

- May require you to enter a manufacturing environment that requires proper PPE including safety shoes, safety glasses and hearing protection.
- Manufacturing environment may be loud, hot/cold depending on season
