Balanced Body is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources team for up to 2-months. This internship provides hands-on experience across a variety of HR functions including employee engagement, records management, and event coordination. The intern will collaborate with multiple departments and gain valuable real-world skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Intern will support the following ongoing and project-based activities:
- Employee Engagement & Recognition
· Assist in updating and maintaining the BB Photo Wall to reflect current team members
· Participate in and support Fresh Team activities and other company events as scheduled
- HR Records & File Management
- File active & terminated employee records under the supervision of HR staff
- Scan and digitize termination file boxes in coordination with HR team members
- Assist with organizing and maintaining the HR storage room
- Support preparation and assembly of new hire onboarding packets
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Learn to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn

Work Schedule
This position is onsite and part-time, 3-days per week, Monday to Friday.
