Help Build the Teams Expanding Access to Healthcare Across America

At OCHIN, we believe everyone deserves access to high-quality healthcare, regardless of where they live. As a nonprofit healthcare innovation leader, we partner with providers nationwide to deliver the technology, insights, and services needed to improve care in rural and medically underserved communities.

  • Establish, cultivate, and maintain strategic partnerships with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs), community colleges, professional associations, workforce development organizations, and other      educational institutions.
  • Develop and execute innovative talent attraction strategies that expand access to opportunities and strengthen OCHIN's workforce.
  • Create and grow relationships with military, veteran, disability, and other talent communities.
  • Represent OCHIN as a brand ambassador at career fairs, campus recruiting events, conferences, networking opportunities, and industry forums across the country.
  • Design and implement creative recruiting programs, campaigns, and events that strengthen OCHIN's employer brand and increase visibility among target talent populations.
  • Build proactive talent communities and recruiting pipelines for current and future workforce needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leaders to provide strategic talent guidance and support hiring decisions across assigned requisitions.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions from intake through offer while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Leverage recruiting metrics, market intelligence, and talent insights to evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Measure, analyze, and communicate the return on investment (ROI) of recruiting partnerships, sourcing initiatives, events, and talent attraction programs.
  • Influence stakeholders, build alignment, and drive action across a highly matrixed organization without direct authority.
  • Lead multiple recruiting and partnership initiatives simultaneously while maintaining exceptional organization, execution, and attention to detail.
  • Bring creativity, resourcefulness, and innovation to talent attraction strategies that help OCHIN attract top talent in a competitive market.
