We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role will report directly to the Superintendent and will serve as a hands-on support position within the apartment.

The Maintenance Technician will assist with daily maintenance needs, apartment turnovers, work orders, preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare vacant apartments for turnover
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Assist with repairs in apartments and common areas
• Support the Superintendent with daily maintenance operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Communicate maintenance concerns to the Superintendent
