As Branch Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with all regulations, support and lead a dynamic team, and help ensure we provide the highest level of care to our clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership abilities, operational experience, and a passion for making a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Staff Management
Supervise office and administrative personnel, ensuring effective departmental operations.
Hire, train, and mentor staff to ensure high performance and team satisfaction.
Promote a supportive work environment aligned with Overture's mission.
Address staff concerns and resolve conflicts as needed.
2. Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
Maintain full compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations (including HIPAA).
Ensure secure and accurate maintenance of client and employee records.
Monitor changes in home care regulations and update internal policies accordingly.
3. Operational Efficiency
Manage daily office workflow to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Analyze and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Run performance reports and communicate agency progress to leadership.
Coordinate with HR and Talent Acquisition to maintain proper staffing levels.
4. Emergency & Crisis Management
Respond quickly to client or caregiver emergencies, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
Develop contingency staffing and emergency preparedness plans.
Act as liaison between caregivers, clients, families, and medical professionals in critical situations.
Minimum Performance Standards:
- Proven experience in home care, healthcare administration, or operations.
- Deep understanding of relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a resource and mentor to staff.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
- Experience: Prior supervisory experience is required; geriatric care experience preferred.
- Ability to manage independently, make sound decisions, and maintain confidentiality.
- Must be in good standing with the federal government and not on any exclusion lists.
- Strong emotional resilience, flexibility, and ability to work with diverse populations.
- Frequent communication with staff, clients, and external partners.
