Pilates Reformer Instructor (1099)

Ansley Golf Club is seeking experienced and passionate Pilates Reformer Instructors to join our Wellness team as we expand our programming with the addition of reformer Pilates.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing, high-quality wellness program within a private club setting, working with a supportive team and an engaged membership base

Position Overview

Instructors will lead small group reformer classes (maximum of 4 participants), as well as have the opportunity to offer private and partner sessions to members.

We are looking for instructors who are confident in their ability to deliver safe, effective, and engaging reformer-based programming for a variety of fitness levels.

Compensation

• 1099 contractor position
• Pay is based on class participation
• Earning potential up to $120 per class (45–60 minutes)
• Additional income opportunities through private and partner sessions

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor (required)
• Strong understanding of reformer equipment and programming
• Experience teaching small group reformer classes
• Ability to work with a wide range of clients, from beginners to experienced participants
• Professional, reliable, and member-focused
