At ECS Composites, we manufacture rugged composite products used in military, aerospace, commercial, and industrial applications around the world. As a Production/Assembler, you'll be part of a team that builds products known for their quality, durability, and performance.

Not a morning person? We've got the perfect schedule for you.

Our Swing Shift works Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM, giving you three-day weekends, plus occasional Friday overtime during our busy season for those looking to earn even more.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble composite products using hand and power tools 
• Read work orders and follow assembly instructions 
• Trim, fit, bond, and finish parts to specifications 
• Perform quality inspections throughout the production process 
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe 
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals 
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards 

Help identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency  

What We're Looking For

You don't need manufacturing experience—we'll train the right person!

We're looking for someone who is:

• Reliable and dependable 
• Detail-oriented      
• Comfortable working with their hands 
• Positive and eager to learn 
• A team player with a strong work ethic 
• Able to work independently when needed 
• Committed to producing quality work 

Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

This position requires:

• Standing and walking throughout the shift 
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. 
• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and kneeling 
• Using hand and power tools 
• Working in a manufacturing environment 
• Performing repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail
