Description
We are seeking an individual who possess impeccable communication skills over the phone but is also someone who can be professional, courteous, and friendly when helping clients, staff, and visitors. As the receptionist/scheduler this position will support various administrative functions and contribute to the overall success of the Myers-Davis management team.
This is a Part-Time position with the following schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:00pm-5:00pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Grant entry to front doors of office.
- Answer, screen, and forward all incoming calls.
- Greet all visitors, answer inquiries or direct them to appropriate staff member.
- Process incoming mail.
- Assist with office supply inventory and ordering.
- Handle all general office related tasks.
Requirements
- Must have fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills for both.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Display discretion and professionalism with confidential information.
- Displays a positive attitude and has an outgoing personality.
- Possess the desire and ability to work as part of a team to meet the overall goals of Myers-Davis Life Coaching.
- Must possess above average skills and be very comfortable and familiar working with all Microsoft programs.
