No insurance or dental experience is required—we provide paid, hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do:

• Verify dental insurance benefits and coverage for pediatric patients
• Submit and track insurance claims and pre-authorizations
• Post insurance payments and reconcile patient accounts accurately
• Appeal denied or underpaid insurance claims
• Communicate clearly with parents and caregivers regarding insurance benefits, treatment estimates, and financial options
• Maintain organized and accurate patient and insurance records
• Support patient follow-ups to ensure timely claim processing and continuity of care
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to keep daily operations running smoothly

• Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems (training provided)

Hourly Rate: $16.50–$18.50
