We are a patient-centered, family-owned pediatric dental office that believes in teamwork, integrity, and creating a welcoming, stress-free experience for every child and parent who walks through our doors. No insurance or dental experience is required—we provide paid, hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You'll Do:
- Verify dental insurance benefits and coverage for pediatric patients
- Submit and track insurance claims and pre-authorizations
- Post insurance payments and reconcile patient accounts accurately
- Appeal denied or underpaid insurance claims
- Communicate clearly with parents and caregivers regarding insurance benefits, treatment estimates, and financial options
- Maintain organized and accurate patient and insurance records
- Support patient follow-ups to ensure timely claim processing and continuity of care
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to keep daily operations running smoothly

- Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems (training provided)

- High school diploma or GED required

Hourly Rate: $16.50–$18.50
