Circuit of The Americas (COTA) is a 365-entertainment destination for world-class events located in Austin, TX. The sports and entertainment portfolio at COTA is unmatched in the country with Formula 1 US Grand Prix, NASCAR and MotoGP attracting global fans during championship races on the famed Circuit and Live Nation producing over 30 headline concerts every year at the Germania Insurance Amphitheater. COTALAND is an amusement park with over 30 attractions and experiences, including first-of-their-kind roller coasters.

Circuit of the Americas is seeking skilled, motivated, and reliable individuals to fill the part time position 

of Guest Experience staff. Under the direct supervision of the Events and Hospitality Department, The 

Guest Experience staff position will assist in the overall execution of major races, minor races, and 

concerts throughout the year. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with event information, directions, and inquiries
• Assist and monitor lost and found
• Provide support with ticketing, seating, and event entry procedures
• Address guest concerns or escalate issues to supervisors as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations
• Uphold COTA's standards of hospitality and professionalism

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekend, and holidays
• Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods
• Must be at least 18 years old

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or even operations
• Familiarity with COTA events and venue layout
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus

Physical Demands:

• Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and/or use of hands to move up to 20lbs
• Must be able to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions require some outdoor work

Work Environment:

• Events may be in an outdoor setting with movement between temporary structures, buildings, and different terrains
• The noise level int he work environment is moderate however, during events, the noise level be loud
• While performing the duties of this position, the employee is occasionally exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, wet or humid conditions, outdoor weather conditions, extreme cold, and extreme heat
