What You Will Do:
- Take ownership of strategic programs and initiatives ensuring they are effectively managed and positioned for success.
- Lead special projects, pilot programs, and new initiatives that support the organization's goals.
- Look for opportunities to improve processes, develop new ideas, and encourage innovation.
- Turn ideas into organized project plans with goals, timelines, and measurable results.
- Help decide which projects should move forward, grow, change, or end based on organizational needs.
- Guide successful projects into day-to-day operations by creating a clear plan for long-term ownership.
- Keep projects on schedule, within budget, and moving toward expected results.
- Work closely with leaders across departments, including Operations, Finance, IT and Human Resources, to coordinate efforts and remove obstacles.
- Build and organize teams based on project needs and make the best use of available resources.
- Track progress using reports, metrics, and dashboards, and share updates with leadership.
- Identify potential risks or challenges early and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership on project progress, outcomes, and overall impact.
- Adapt to changing priorities while keeping projects organized and moving forward.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5-10+ years of experience in program management, strategy, consulting, or operations leadership.
- Experience leading in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments.
Other Requirements: Must pass pre-employment drug and TB screen, and Agency, Federal and State Department of Health background investigations. Must have own, reliable transportation and an insurable driving record. Must possess a valid NM driver's license, and proof of auto liability insurance. Position is within normal limits of an executive office position. Must be able to sit, perform keyboarding functions, and utilize a calculator continually. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach above shoulder(s) frequently. Must be able to carry, lift 20 lbs. occasionally.
