Propio is hiring an international remote Recruiter, Vendor Management who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and qualifying interpretation vendors in alignment with quality standards to meet onsite interpretation demands. The ideal candidate will have a passion for partnership development, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sourcing. 

Responsibilities 

  • Source,      screen, and engage interpretation vendors in alignment with Propio      standards.
  • Develop      and maintain vendor relationships across the US market. 
  • Plan      and execute sourcing and communication campaigns with guidance from the      Director of Vendor Management and Shared Services to increase Propio’s      onsite interpretation coverage. 
  • Conduct      cold outreach via email and phone to engage and recruit potential vendor      partners.
  • Screen      and qualify onsite interpretation vendors for compliance and quality      measures.
  • Facilitate      contract submission by coordinating the preparation and completion of      vendor agreements.
  • Utilize      recruiting data and analytics to aid in achieving and maintaining      fill-rate standards.
  • Leverage      Excel to accurately track and manage vendor information.

Qualifications 

  • Must      be fluent in English
  • Excellent      written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail      oriented and organized with exceptional time management skills
  • Strong      knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
  • Ability      to work both independently and within a team to meet deadlines

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s      Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related field      OR equivalent work experience
  • 2+      years of experience in a vendor sourcing or partnership development role
  • Previous      experience working in a metrics driven environment
  • Previous      experience working in the language services industry a plus
