Description

 Altvia is looking for a Marketing Operations & Paid Media Manager to own the systems, processes, and day-to-day execution behind our marketing engine. You will be the person who keeps HubSpot and 6sense running cleanly, manages our paid media programs end to end, and owns the reporting infrastructure (GA4, GTM, SFDC) that tells us what's working.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You are the person who makes sure the systems are clean, the campaigns are built right, the tracking is airtight, and the paid programs perform. You'll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly, identify optimization opportunities, and provide frequent KPI updates.

What You'll Own


Marketing Operations & Systems

Own day-to-day HubSpot administration: workflows, lead scoring, list segmentation, campaign tracking hygiene, and data quality. Administer 6sense, including intent signal setup, account scoring, orchestration, and programmatic advertising. Keep the marketing tech stack clean, integrations working, and the handoff to sales airtight.


Process & Day-to-Day Execution

Handle the operational requests that keep campaigns moving: email, landing page, and form builds, tracking script installation, light WordPress updates, and embeds. Be the go-to person who can turn a campaign brief into a built, tracked, launched program without hand-holding.


Cross-Functional Support

Work alongside our content/campaigns and product marketing leads to execute the programs they design, and alongside BDRs and sales to make sure leads and accounts are routed, scored, and tracked correctly. Your work frees up the rest of the marketing team to focus on strategy, content, and positioning.


Paid Media Program

Manage paid programs across search, social, and display, with a focus on driving efficient, high-quality traffic from ICP accounts. Own campaign builds, targeting, budget pacing, creative coordination, and ongoing optimization. You know how to get cost-efficient results in a niche B2B market where audience scale is limited.


Analytics & Reporting

Own GA4 and Google Tag Manager implementation, including UTM structure, conversion tracking, and event setup. Build and maintain the marketing reporting that leadership relies on: channel performance, campaign results, and funnel metrics. Partner with RevOps on funnel definitions and lead routing so the data everyone works from is trustworthy.

Requirements

 

What We're Looking For

  • 3 to 5 years of marketing operations or demand generation experience, with hands-on HubSpot administration
  • B2B SaaS experience is a requirement
  • Experience with 6sense or a similar intent/ABM platform strongly preferred
  • Strong hands-on paid media experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting platforms
  • Comfortable with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and building out UTM and conversion tracking infrastructure
  • Comfortable with light technical implementation: WordPress updates, form integrations, tracking scripts, and embeds
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a genuine interest in clean data and tight process
  • Experience working directly with a BDR or sales team on lead routing and handoff
  • Financial services or SaaS experience preferred; private capital familiarity a plus
  • Direct, low-ego communication style and a bias toward action
