WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process -- from write-up to delivery

• Translate technical repair information into clear, confident communication that earns trust and sets accurate expectations

• Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made to the guest

• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule

• Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle value

• Deliver a consistent, professional pickup and delivery experience that keeps guests coming back

• Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards

• Represent Swickard Honda of Gladstone and our hospitality standard in every guest interaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Automotive service advisor experience a plus -- not required. Our best advisors have come from hotels, restaurants, retail, fitness, and beyond. What they all share is a track record of taking care of people, following through, and doing it with integrity.

• Proven success and experience in hospitality, sales, retail, or a guest-facing role -- this is the foundation we hire for

• Clear, composed communicator who builds trust quickly and follows through on every commitment

• Organized and accurate under pressure -- able to manage multiple guests and timelines without losing detail

• Self-motivated with a genuine drive to serve people well and grow your earnings

• Comfortable learning dealership systems and processes -- we'll train you on the automotive side

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• A hospitality mindset -- you treat every guest interaction like it matters
