Work Hours for Office Clerk:
- Monday - Wednesday 9AM - 5PM
- Thursday 9AM - 6PM
- Friday 9AM - 2:30PM
Responsibilities for Office Clerk:
- Perform clerical tasks including filing, scanning, copying, and document organization.
- Enter and update information accurately in office systems and tracking tools.
- Assist with customer service by answering routine questions and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain organized office records, files, and documentation in accordance with procedures.
- Support registration, title, billing, or administrative workflows as assigned.
- Prepare paperwork and documentation for processing and distribution.
- Assist with internal communication and coordination between office and operations teams.
- Support mail handling, document distribution, and office supply organization.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling customer and business information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Requirements for Office Clerk:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required
- At least 1 year of experience in clerical, administrative, or an office support role
- Auction, automotive dealership, automotive administration or other automotive experience is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Able to pass pre-employment screening
- Computer proficiency
- Good communication skills
- Good organization and detail skills
- Good customer service skills
