Assistant Office Manager Job Summary
The Office Assistant Manager supports daily office operations to ensure efficient administrative workflows, accurate documentation processing, and high-quality customer service. This role assists in supervising office staff and coordinating functions such as registration, titles, billing support, and general administrative services. The Office Assistant Manager helps maintain operational consistency, supports process improvements, and ensures office procedures align with company standards and auction operations.

Work Hours for Assistant Office Manager:
- Monday - Wednesday 9AM - 5PM
- Thursday 9AM - 6PM
- Friday 9AM - 3:30PM
Responsibilities for Assistant Office Manager:
- Supports oversight of daily office operations including customer service, documentation processing, and administrative workflows.
- Assists in coordinating staff schedules, workload distribution, and operational coverage.
- Reviews office documentation for accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Supports resolution of customer or dealer administrative issues and escalates complex matters appropriately.
- Assists with training and onboarding of office staff on procedures and systems.
- Maintains organized office records, files, and tracking systems.
- Coordinates with Sales, Operations, and Accounting teams to ensure accurate information flow.
- Monitors office workflow efficiency and recommends process improvements.
- Supports reporting needs by compiling operational data and administrative summaries.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements for Assistant Office Manager:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in office administration or clerical management roles.
- At least 1 year of supervision/leadership/management is preferred.
- Auction, automotive dealership, automotive administration, or related automotive experience is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree is preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
- Able to pass pre-employment screening.
- Computer proficiency. ASI experience is a plus.
- Good communication skills.
- Good organization and detail skills.
- Good customer service skills.
