Director, Ops Support/Project Management

The Director, Project Management leads cross-functional projects and oversees day-to-day project execution. This role supervises project management team members, manages competing priorities, and drives consistency in processes, tools, and communication to support successful project delivery.

What you will do (Responsibilities):

  • Lead and supervise cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
  • Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and support to project management team members.
  • Establish and maintain project management standards, tools, and documentation.
  • Manage project timelines, dependencies, and status updates for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Oversee resource planning and coordination to support project success.
  • Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and process gaps.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment on priorities and milestones.
  • Support operational and cross-functional initiatives with a focus on execution and service.

What we are looking for (Requirements):

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and project management tools.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, operations, or cross-functional program support preferred.
  • 1–2 years of people leadership, team lead, or direct supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience leading projects and cross-functional initiatives preferred.
  • High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, preferred.
