Job Title: Counter Sales Representative

Reports to: Branch Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Job Summary:

The Counter Sales Representative will support walk-in customers with plumbing products, special orders, and will be responsible for processing transactions, maintaining counter inventory levels, and ensuring accurate product pick-up.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in identifying their plumbing needs.

· Provide product recommendations and technical assistance to customers based on their requirements.

· Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.

· Maintain a clean and organized showroom and ensure that all products are properly displayed.

· Stock shelves and replenish inventory as needed to ensure adequate product availability.

· Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and provide information regarding product pricing, availability, and specifications.

· Collaborate with the warehouse team to fulfill customer orders and ensure timely delivery.

· Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new product launches, and pricing updates.

· Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.

· Assist with special promotions, events, and marketing initiatives as needed.

· Facilitate the ”Pro & Go” customer pick up program

· Follow company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and cash handling guidelines.

· Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
