Marketing Coordinator
Description

Trout CPA is seeking an outgoing, confident, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator with 2+ years of marketing experience to bring our brand to life through events, communications, digital marketing, and business development support. 


This is a visible, relationship-focused role for a marketing professional who enjoys communicating with clients, staff, and vendors, managing local and national events, creating content, supporting business development efforts, and coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced professional services environment.


Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage firm-sponsored networking events, conferences, sponsorships, and client experiences. Coordinate and attend events in Lancaster, and surrounding areas.
  • Manage the relationship with membership organizations, conferences vendors, and marketing partners to execute events, sponsorships, and other business growth activities successfully. 
  • Work collaboratively with Trout professionals, internal operational teams, including the Marketing team members to support internal and external communications.
  • Create and publish content for social media and manage the firm's social media presence and content calendar. Track ROI of social media across Trout’s social channels. 
  • Write content and create visuals in Canva to support the execution of social media, event invitations, blogs, webinars, and the firm's website pages.
  • Lead onboarding marketing activities for new employees, including biographies, announcements, website updates, and business cards orders.
  • Manage branded merchandise, print materials, and marketing inventory. Coordinate shipping of promotional items and event materials for all events. 
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a professional services or B2B environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Experience managing firm or community events. 
  • Experience with social media management and content creation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
