Schedule Options
We are currently seeking CNAs or Caregivers with availability for full-time hours, 12 hour shifts, 7:00AM to 7:00PM and available to work two weekends a month. Must be willing to travel to Cottleville, MO for this position.
What You Will Do
Our caregivers provide essential daily support and companionship to our clients. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Helping with mobility and transfers
- Light housekeeping, laundry, and bed linen changes
- Meal preparation and assistance with eating
- Medication reminders
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Works with multiple clients (floor shift) throughout independent living facilities per shift
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Auto insurance coverage
- Must be willing to travel to Cottleville, MO.
- Ability to work 2 weekend shifts per month
- Minimum 30 hours of availability per month
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving, CNA, or home care experience
- Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus
- Excellent communication and ability to interact with facility staff
- Ability to prioritize needs of patient population based on current workload
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and kneel for extended periods
- Ability to climb stairs and reach overhead
- Comfortable working in homes with pets or smokers
- Ability to use proper safety equipment (gloves, masks, etc.)
- Ability to read and follow care instructions and safety guidelines
