Are you EPIC?
Do you have the ability to demonstrate, understand and apply HFD’s core purpose and
values in all that you do? At HFD, our mission is to make healthcare more affordable by giving everyone a better way to pay. In order to accomplish this mission, we must ensure that our team is aligned with our E.P.I.C. values:

  • Excellence: Always exceeding expectations!
  • Passionate: Executing with boldness!
  • Innovative: Pioneering a better way!
  • Collaborative: Together we win!

The EPIC Portfolio Manager - Mid-Market we are looking for:
HFD is a specialty patient-financing company built on a simple promise: 99% approvals across the full credit spectrum, with no deferred interest. We’ve made our name in dental - including our position as Invisalign’s preferred financing partner - and we’re expanding rapidly into medical aesthetics.

We’re hiring a Portfolio Manager - Mid-Market to lead corporate relationships with our mid-market partners across dental and aesthetics: multi-location groups, emerging DSOs, and MSO-backed platforms. You will own the corporate relationship end-to-end - setting the growth agenda with executive stakeholders, coordinating initiatives between corporate teams and HFD’s field sales organization, and running the business review cadence that keeps the partnership performing. This is not a caretaker role. The right candidate brings genuine sales prowess to expand their book of business, drive their own income, and compound HFD’s growth.

As a Portfolio Manager - Mid-Market, you will:

  • Own and lead corporate-level relationships across a portfolio of mid-market dental and aesthetics partners, serving as the strategic point of contact for owners, executives, and operations leadership.
  • Drive monthly and quarterly business reviews covering portfolio performance, fee economics, top-line revenue growth, utilization, and how each account benchmarks against industry standards and peer groups.
  • Coordinate partner initiatives across the organization - aligning corporate priorities with HFD’s field sales team to ensure location-level execution of enterprise-level commitments.
  • Analyze portfolio and credit performance data to evaluate account health, identify risks and expansion opportunities, and build data-backed action plans that drive adoption and volume.
  • Translate financing economics - approval rates, fee structures, funding speed, credit-spectrum coverage - into executive-level ROI conversations that deepen partner commitment.
  • Expand your book of business: identify whitespace within existing partners (new locations, new service lines, new verticals) and convert relationships into net-new growth.
  • Provide structured field intelligence - partner needs, competitive dynamics, market trends - back to HFD leadership to sharpen product and go-to-market strategy.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, account planning, and forecasting to support accurate business visibility.
