Overview:
Red Rover is seeking an organized, proactive, and eager-to-learn budding marketer or early-career marketing professional to support the execution, coordination, and day-to-day operations of our growing marketing organization as a Marketing Associate.
The Marketing Associate plays an important role in helping ongoing campaigns, programs, and initiatives stay organized, execute successfully, and remain aligned across marketing and cross-functional teams.
This role collaborates across teams, contributing to a wide variety of marketing initiatives and projects. Working alongside experienced marketing leaders, the Marketing Associate will build a broad foundation across campaign marketing, product marketing, content strategy, customer marketing, field marketing and events, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution while helping the team operate more efficiently as Red Rover continues to grow.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented, and enjoys variety, continuous learning, and fast-moving projects. They're eager to gain hands-on experience across all aspects of modern B2B SaaS marketing.
What you’ll do:
Marketing campaign & program support
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives across multiple marketing programs
- Assist with email campaign preparation and scheduling, webinar coordination and preparation, campaign timelines, promotional communications, marketing calendar coordination, campaign asset coordination, website & CRM management, and cross-functional coordination
- Help ensure campaigns remain organized, on schedule, and aligned across marketing and sales teams
Cross-functional coordination & team support
- Help coordinate projects, communication, and day-to-day marketing initiatives across sales, SDR, and marketing teams
- Support activities including project timeline management, meeting preparation, action item tracking, workflow coordination, internal communications, marketing request management, project documentation, team follow-up
Event & field marketing support
- Support the planning and execution of webinars, conferences, customer events, regional marketing initiatives, and field marketing programs alongside marketing team
- Assist with webinar event logistics, registration management, presentation and speaker coordination, promotional campaigns and communications, sales coordination, post-event follow-ups, etc.
- Assist with strategic planning and onsite execution logistics for tradeshows, conferences, and regional events
- Help contribute to memorable customer and prospect experiences before, during, and after each event
Content & marketing asset coordination
- Support the marketing organization in publishing and maintaining marketing content library and sales resources across multiple channels
- Assist with blog publishing, marketing asset organization, webinar materials, sales collateral materials, digital asset management, social media scheduling, website content coordination, and content library management
Marketing operations & team organization
- Help maintain the operational foundation that keeps the marketing organization running efficiently
- Support activities including project tracking, campaign organization, campaign performance reporting support, workflow management, budget tracking assistance, tradeshow and events calendar management, etc.
- Assist in marketing database updates and campaign and program builds alongside marketing operations team

Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, business, customer-facing roles, events, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, proven project management skills preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong follow-through and reliability
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SharePoint/OneDrive
- Experience with Canva, HubSpot, or similar marketing platforms and tools is a plus
- Interest in SaaS, education technology, or B2B marketing environments preferred
- Ability to travel 15-20% to attend department summits, company events, and regional/sales events
Bonus Skills
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, or social media initiatives
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms or marketing automation tools
- Basic graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe Express
- Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, or Airtable
- Experience writing or editing marketing content
- Interest in AI tools that improve marketing productivity and execution
- Exposure to CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience working with K-12 education or other mission-driven organizations
