What You'll Be Doing
Every day is different, but your mission is simple: help us produce high-quality concrete masonry products safely, efficiently, and with pride.
You'll:
- Set up, operate, and fine-tune production and packaging equipment from kiln to finish.
- Help keep equipment running smoothly with preventative maintenance and basic repairs.
- Inspect finished products to ensure only top-quality materials make it to inventory.
- Operate a forklift (experience is a plus—we'll train the right candidate!).
- Safely palletize and prepare products for inventory.
- Work alongside an awesome team to meet production goals.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Communicate with teammates and supervisors about safety, quality, and equipment performance.

What to Expect
This is a hands-on manufacturing position where you'll work both indoors and outdoors in all kinds of weather. You'll be operating machinery, moving materials, and staying active throughout your shift.
Physical requirements include walking, bending, lifting (up to 90 lbs.), and working around production equipment.
